If Not Now, When?

ATTENTION: All intelligent and rational Americans who are currently frustrated beyond measure at the direction our country seems to be taking should read the following and then attend, if at all possible, the gathering in Denver, Colorado, on January 14, 2009.

ATTENTION: All intelligent and rational Coloradans: Stand up to be counted. The time IS now! Later will most likely be too late!

An Open Letter to All Americans
Concerned With and Supporting the Upcoming Continental Congress

Greetings and salutations,

If not us, who; if not now, when, and if not by this method, by what other means?

What other option is being presented? What other choice do we have by which we can even begin to agree on how to accomplish so great the task set before us? Has the precedent of a Continental Congress not already been established by those who have gone before us?

Have those who oppose the principles of the Declaration of Independence not thrown down the gauntlet? Have many rogue agents of both the state and federal governments not contemptuously flaunted their treason against the Constitution they swore to uphold, parading their insurgency across their stage like a cheap sideshow act in a back alley theater? How much more clearly need it be that the majority of those elected and appointed to serve the American People have no intention of honoring their oath to support and defend the Constitution? Is the statement not now blatant that the criminal elements using governmental offices to further their personal agendas have no intention of honoring the expressed will of their Sovereign and instead pledge their support to defend the highest bidder?

Who but the willfully ignorant, the deliberately blind, deaf, dumb and lame, could deny the juncture at which We the People now find ourselves? And what of the many Americans just now awakening? Are they not wailing, fearfully anticipating the potential destruction that could likely befall this nation? And what about us? Are we sidelined with aghast, sitting or standing idly by, angrily gnashing our teeth worrying about what is next, about what false-flag operation "they" may instigate to complete the implementation of "their" plan? Are we so jaded and cynical, so content with being paralyzed in anticipation of what might be, that we succumb to wasting our time with idle conversation, posting meaningless perspectives in e-mails and chat rooms, firing divisive word bullets at each other in battles serving only to ingratiate our personal egos? Are we busy being divided about things that in the end make no difference whatsoever relative to the imminent threat we are being forced to accept, while outwardly remaining dislocated, isolated and paranoid, separated from our local community? If so, are we not then already conquered?

A choice is presented to us. Do we do nothing, stay the present course, while knowing this path dictated by the doctrine of "necessity," ends in not only in the abandonment of limitations on the rogue element of government, but the loss of the guarantee of the Republic? Do we accept by our defaulting silence a fascist National Socialism regime implemented via absolute despotism? Or do we turn and choose the alternative path, confronting this beast head on, by deviating from our present heading? Do we have the courage to face the uncomfortable path of possibility, the undefined choice filled with danger and risk where we face our personal fear and the potential of incarceration and possibly even death? Doing nothing assures that today's threat is tomorrow's reality. Will we suffer and bleed for despotism, or for freedom?

If contradiction, calamity or delusion is inherent in any conclusion, the premise is invariably flawed. Whereas both the present economy and ship of state are riddled with unsolvable conundrums, the premises leading to these enigmas are unquestionably unsound. No matter who promises change and hope, until the false presumptions underlying the present conditions are addressed, our problems will remain. This is the concern that will be addressed at the Continental Congress 2009.

Lasting, beneficial change requires first and foremost that we pray. It requires abandonment of underlying motivations posing as the elements of freedom-avarice, greed and envy-and adopting in lieu thereof a genuine personal responsibility and self-control, self-discipline and mutual love, care and respect for each other. This is accomplished only through the courage to face the ultimate reality that we individually are only as free as we are willing to serve and defend the freedom of others. Without the establishment and support of an underlying network of self-less individuals to implement the conclusions and resolutions of those convened in a Continental Congress, little good would come from dealing with the rogue elements of government.

Please join us as we seize the moment by implementing the possibility of real hope and lasting change in America.

With hope for salvaging what little is left of the American Dream I encourage you to join with us at 7:00PM on January 14, 2009, at the Ramada Plaza Denver North, 10 East 120th Avenue, I-25 at Exit 223, Denver (Northglenn), to discuss a future of possibility.

Don't miss this opportunity to be the difference.

Very Truly Yours,

David Justice
