Fire station 153 reopens in Founders Village

The public was invited to a grand re-opening of Fire Station 153, 5463 E. Sovereign St., Castle Rock on Jan. 10. Thanks to renovations made, firefighters will be able to more quickly respond to emergencies. Community members heard about the new and improved fire station from fire chief Art Morales before touring the remodeled facility and seeing the firetrucks up close.
