My husband and I started this adventure in January of 2004. We decided with two friends to open a restaurant in Littleton. Rib City Grill (Franchise) We put every dime we owned into our new restaurant crossed our fingers and opened our dream restaurant. We have to say , two years later we are doing very well and have opened our second  in Arvada. We hope that all of you can come and try some great ribs and other foods on our menu . We also provide catering too. So, if you are reading this article and thinking hey! I would love to open a restaurant come talk with us and we will help you along this exciting ,always changing restaurant life. You can also come eat with us.
