Letter to the Editor
Contributed by: Mary Ann Hanlon on 6/16/2005

After reading the article "Fake sweeteners harmful" in today's issue of YourHub.com, I have several questions: Do you do any checking into submitted articles or do you just print whatever comes in? What are the credentials of the author? What studies is she using to support her statements? Is this junk science?

I think you should ask these and like questions before printing similar articles, or you should make it very clear that this is the author's opinion not a statement of scientific fact.
