UNC Asheville wins with Pahl

Sara Pahl, a 2003 graduate of Douglas County High School has lead the University of North Carolina-Asheville women's soccer team to their first Big South Conference Championship since 1995 and a berth in the NCAA tournament this Friday versus national power North Carolina.

Pahl, a four-year starter as a mid-fielder and defender, finished her senior season and career by being named first team all-conference and to the Big South all-tournament team this past weekend.
