DCHS baseball drops chilly game vs. Rock Canyon
Contributed by: Joey Kirchmer/YourHub.com on 4/1/2008

It's not perfect baseball weather yet, as evidenced by a March 27 game at Rock Canyon High School, 5810 McArthur Ranch Road, where temperatures plunged into the 40s.

The Douglas County High School varsity squad jumped out to an early lead against their cross-county rivals, but ultimately came up short, losing 7-4 and moving the team's record to 5-3. After an April 2 matchup against Arapahoe High School, the Huskies will take on gateway at Douglas County High School, 2842 Front St., at 4 p.m. April 9.

Go Huskies!
