Dolphins girl's softball takes first place

The DC Express, a 12U fastpitch team out of Castle Rock, took first place in the Pueblo Gold Tournament on April 19 and 20.

It was the first tournament of the year for the Express. Pitching, hitting and defense was excellent and helped lead the team to the 10-2 championship win.

This past weekend, the DC Express 12U team took another first place. In the May Madness tournament in Loveland, the Express went 5-0 to capture their second first place finish.

Congrats to the Express. Job well done!
