Colorado Rox won the AYL World Series game against the Highlands Ranch Bulldogs (2-0) to capture the U8 AAA League Championship for this 2008 season.

The Colorado Rox were the only U8 AAA team representing the DC Rockers this year. The Rox completed the regular season with a record of 11 wins, 5 losses, and 2 ties. The weekend following the Championship, the Rox placed second in the Triple Crown Sports State Tournament in Boulder.

Keep an eye out for their performance in the Triple Crown World Series in Steamboat Springs July 21-27.
