Be a patriot - take DOWN a flag!

Seriously!

Ft Logan National Cemetery, 3698 South Sheridan Blvd, needs volunteers to pick up flags the day after Memorial Day.

There are approximately 87,000 headstones at the cemetery. Each headstone will be decorated with a flag on Memorial Day - Monday, 29 May, 2006.

On Tuesday, 30 May, the staff needs volunteers to pick up those flags.

Please meet at the administration office at approximately 8:00 AM Tuesday morning. Staff members will be present to get you started.

Remember to wear comfortable clothing and shoes for walking. Ft Logan will provide drinks.
