The 2nd Annual Gift of Life and Breath 5K Run/Walk

What:	NEXT › ‹ PREVIOUS The second annual Gift of Life and Breath 5K Race will honor the memory of Gary Zollinger of Centennial. A lifelong non-smoker, Zollinger was diagnosed with late stage lung cancer in April of 2004. Although Zollinger had a successful double lung transplant in May of 2006, he succumbed to the cancer in September of 2007. The Gift of Life and Breath Race was established to raise awareness and funding for research by the University of Colorado Cancer Center to find a method for early detection of lung cancer.
