Canoe The Gunnison

SouthSuburbanParksand Recreation invites ages 8 and up on a 29-mile paddle through Escalante and Dominguez canyons, including time for swimming and hiking, on Sat- Sun, Jul 26-27. Boats, accessories, meals and guides provided. Participants bring tent, sleeping bag and personal clothing. Youth 8-17 must be accompanied by a registered adult. Fee: ages 8-12, $165 ($160 District rate); ages 13 and up, $225 ($215 District rate). Trips meet at put-in 6:30 am Sat and finish about 3:30 pm Sun. Specifics mailed upon registration.
