Mayor Randy Pye endorses councilman Todd Miller

Centennial, CO -- Mayor Randy Pye, one of the original five founders of the Centennial incorporation movement, and Centennial's first and only Mayor has endorsed Councilman Todd Miller as his replacement.
"Todd Miller has the financial leadership, regional experience and vi- sion for accountability to be a successful Mayor." says Mayor Pye.

"In this time of economic turbulence, Centennial needs a Mayor with proven financial leadership and qualifications. I want Centennial to be in good hands, which is why I strongly endorse Todd Miller."

Mayor Pye was elected Centennial's first Mayor in February of 2001, and is prohibited from running again due to term limits. Todd Miller vows to continue to build upon Mayor Pye's commitment to limited government intervention in a citizen's way of life. Todd Miller is a twice elected Centennial City Councilman and former Mayor Pro-Tem in Centennial.

"I understand the unique role a Mayor plays in the economic health of our City -- forming regional partnerships, crafting long-term budgets, and developing perform- ance measurements and accountability," says Miller when asked about his experience on the City Council. "I'm running for Mayor to continue my vision of a "results-driven" government in Centennial," says Miller. "I've developed the Centennial ScoreCard which will set new standards for accountable local government in Colorado."

Miller, a third generation Coloradan, is a Centennial business owner specializing in the field of contracts, operational auditing and finance; he earned an MBA in Finance from CU. Todd's wife, Sharon, is a kindergarten teacher at Timberline Elementary. The Miller's three sons, Ian, Colin and C.J. attend Cherry Creek Schools. The Millers enjoy skiing, sailing, golf and soccer.
