Contributed by: Laurie Anderson on 6/6/2008

Members of the DTC Business and Professional Women's Network (BPW) will honor Melissa Wilson as the group's 2008 Woman of the Year at its networking luncheon on Wednesday, June 11. The meeting will begin at 11 a.m. and will be held at the Cool River Café, 8000 E. Belleview Ave. in Greenwood Village.

Wilson is a motivational speaker and business coach who will give a presentation on "The Foundation of BPW, or What Every Woman Should Know About BPW But Was Afraid to Ask". "Her ear-to-ear smile and endless enthusiasm are contagious to everyone she meets," says Carol Naff, DTC BPW president. "She has given so much to our group and was instrumental in having DTC BPW recognized as the 2008 Community Partner of the Year by the Center for Work Education and Employment (CWEE).

In addition hearing to Wilson's presentation, attendees will have the chance to network and meet everyone in the room through a special BPW Blitz activity.

To make a reservation for the June 11 DTC BPW luncheon and program, visit www. dtcbpw.org. Cost is $18 for members and $25 for guests.

The Denver Tech Center Business and Professional Women's Network is celebrating 30 years of contributions to the success of business women.
