If you want to wait and wait, call 1 800 732 7747; that's my local Sears delivery number. They were suppose to be here hours ago. Supposed to call hours ago. They didn't, I, like a fool, still wait.

I just want them to pick up the (2d) clothes washer that hasn't worked.

They have been very nice about the whole thing. Very pleasant. All I have to do is wait a while and voila, the truck'll be here.
