Massage Envy offers affordable, professional massages at convenient hours with innovative memberships programs.  Massage Envy’s $49.00 monthly membership includes a one-hour massage therapy session with additional one-hour massage sessions during that same month at the reduced price of $39.  Clinics are open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.  Additionally, Massage Envy offers on-site services to corporations and chair massages at special events.  Gift certificates are also available.

The new 3,000 square-foot Southglenn Massage Envy clinic features 13 therapy rooms offering 4500 possible appointments per month.  The clinic is owned and operated by Cynthia Hinckley, of Lakewood, Colo.  “We are excited to be a part of the growth and new development of the Southglenn community,” says Hinckley, “through Massage Envy, anyone can enjoy the personal health and wellness benefits that come from regular therapeutic massage.”  Hinckley has more than 16 years of business management experience.  She will head up a team of 20 massage therapists and administrative staff members to meet the growing massage therapy needs of Southeast Denver residents.

Massage Envy’s membership concept was created by a team of health club, wellness, therapeutic massage and business professionals to meet the increasing demand for quality, professional massage services that are convenient and affordable.  By working with regional franchise developers nationwide, the Massage Envy concept has flourished.  “We are pleased to open our third clinic in Colorado and plan to open several others in early 2006,” said regional franchise developer Larry Reiff and owner of the Highlands Ranch clinic, “Massage Envy’s membership concept is quickly gaining momentum throughout metro-Denver and across Colorado because we are offering affordable massages at convenient times from a relaxing and welcoming setting.  As a result, we are enabling massage to become more mainstream.  Consumers are embracing our membership programs, and this is fueling the company’s growth, particularly in Colorado.”  For more information regarding franchises in the Colorado market, contact Larry Reiff at 303-332-9665 or by e-mail at lreiff@massageenvy.com.

According to the American Massage Therapy Association, massage therapy is now a $6 billion per year industry.  The Association cited that Americans using massage to reduce stress increased from 117 million in 2002 to 140 million in 2004.  Additionally, 21 percent of Americans had at least one massage in 2004, up from eight percent in 1997. Massage Envy Ltd., founded in 2001, is the only nationally franchised massage company in the U.S., focused on providing professional, convenient and affordable massage therapy services through a network of over 60 franchised clinics throughout 15 states (as of December 2005).  Massage Envy is well positioned to serve a broad range of consumers who are seeking quality massage therapy services at an affordable price and appointment opportunities that can accommodate their busy lifestyle.  For more information, visit www.massageenvy.com.
