Arapahoe/Douglas Mental Health Network to
Offer "I Can Adjust to Divorce!" Classes for Kids and Teens
Centennial, Colo., - Arapahoe/Douglas Mental Health Network (ADMHN) will offer "I Can Adjust to Divorce!" a six-week course for children and adolescents who are learning to adjust to divorce.
The classes will help kids understand and express their feelings, learn coping strategies and share experiences and support with other children of divorce. The classes will be tailored to kids ages 8 to 12 years old, and adolescents ages 13 to 17 years old.
The classes for both groups will run simultaneously, beginning Tuesday, May 22 from 5 to 6 p.m. at ADMHN's Child & Family Office, 61 W. Davies Ave. (S. Broadway and W. Davies in Littleton). Cost for the six-week course is $72, unless the child or adolescent is covered by Medicaid. For more information or to register, call 303.347.6440.
Arapahoe/Douglas Mental Health Network, founded in 1955, is a private, non-profit organization providing comprehensive mental health and substance abuse services to individuals of all ages.
