Self-reflection
Contributed by: Mike Valdes Bleau on 11/7/2007

Think of an onlin encounter in which you thought you understood someone's email or text message, then later found out you wer e wrong. How did you discover that your impresstion was mistaken? What led to the misunderstanding? what could you have done differently to avoid the misunderstanding? Good question.
