Mad Greens will donate 25 percent of revenue from lunch and dinner at its eight locations on the two days. The Mad Greens team will also support the bicycle tour scheduled for July 26-July 28, through food donations, gift cards and the use of its "Greens Mobile," the catering car often seen around town. The 2008 Courage Classic is a 157-mile ride that treks through the Colorado Rockies in support of The Children's Hospital.
