Police blotter: Centennial murder probe continues


Centennial murder probe continues. Investigators are asking for the public's help in solving the murder of Andrew Gelston Graham, 23, of Centennial, found shot to death in the 8700 block of E. Phillips Place in Centennial on Nov. 6. Graham was found lying face down on a lawn about 5:30 a.m. and may have been walking home when he was shot. The Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office said anyone with information on the slaying can call 303-795-4711. A cash reward may be made available for any viable information in the slaying.

Car stolen from light rail station. Littleton police reported a car was stolen from the RTD light rail station at 7500 S. Platte River Parkway in Littleton, on Oct. 30. A Lakewood man reported his 1998 Acura Integra was stolen from the lot. A security camera video showed three Hispanic men stole the car just after 2 p.m. A window was broken to gain entry.

Jeep break-in reported. On Oct. 30, Littleton police on patrol discovered the break-in of a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee parked in the RTD light rail station at 7500 S. Platte River Parkway in Littleton. The rear drivers side window was broken, and about $300 in damage was done to the steering column and ignition.

Car entry reported. Littleton police reported a Highlands Ranch man reported the break-in of his 1999 Acura Integra parked at the RTD light rail station at 7500 S. Platte River Parkway in Littleton, on Oct. 27. A drivers side window was pried open, but nothing was apparently stolen. There was no immediate estimate of damage.

Cash stolen from wallet. On Oct. 30, Littleton police responded to a Lakewood man who reported the theft of cash from his wallet left in a locked locker at 24-Hour Fitness, 2850 W. Belleview Ave. in Littleton. The theft occurred between 9:30 and 11:30 a.m. The victim said his combination lock was still on the locker when he returned, but his clothing looked out of place and he noticed later cash had been taken from the wallet.

Window broken, no loot found. On Nov. 3, Cherry Hills Village police investigated the break-in of a car parked on the 4200 block of South Bellaire Circle in Cherry Hills Village. Between 7 and 10:22 p.m., someone shattered a driver's side window. Nothing was reported stolen.

Wallet stolen, credit card used. A wallet was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked outside a residence on the 4400 block of South Vine Way in Cherry Hills Village on Nov. 5. The theft occurred between 7:20 p.m. Nov. 4 and 10 a.m. Nov. 5. A credit card from the wallet was used to make fraudulent purchases, police said.
