Centennial candidate forum

CENTENNIAL CANDIDATE FORUM SCHEDULED

The League of Women Voters of Arapahoe County has scheduled a candidate forum for Centennial City Council, City clerk and Treasurer candidates and those running for the city's Home Rule Commission, 1:30 p.m. Sunday, October 14 at the Centennial City Offices, 12503 E. Euclid Drive, Suite 200, Centennial, Colorado. (Corner of Arapahoe Rd. and Revere St.)

The event, free and open to the public, will be divided into two parts. Candidates for the city offices will participate in an audience question and answer session from 1:30 - 2:30 p.m. After a short intermission, candidates for the Home Rule Commission will introduce themselves and explain how they plan to participate in the Commission's process. This portion will also last one hour.

Following the formal presentations, the public will have the opportunity to visit with the candidates on an informal basis. Light refreshments and biographical information about the candidates for the Home Rule Commission, campaign literature and other supplemental information will be available.
