Missing black male cat- please help!

I'm Amber and my cat Midnight has been missing since the night of January 20th 2007. We live in W.Centennial/ Littletonand let him outside since he is an outdoor cat.
Description:
*Male
*All black
*Good Sized (approximitly 13-14 pounds and solid)
*No collar
*Not Neutered
*Has all claws
*A tiny patch of fur missing above his left eye
*Ears are a little banged up
*and rarely had his eyes open!
We love him dearly and just want to know if he is all right. If you have seen him or have had him with you for the past few days please call 303-798-2456. :(So please help us. We greatly appreciate it!
