Making a Splash at zone competition

The Rocky Mountain Splash Synchronized Swim Team has just returned from the North Zone Championships in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This competition includes 25 different teams from15 states.

The Splash 13-15 age group team placed 1st in the team competition, 1st in duet ( Hannah Sphatt & Kelsey Welter), 3rd in trio ( Morgan McKean, Kelsey Moretti & Rachel Wertz) & 3rd in solo ( Erika Guilbault).
The 18-19 age group team placed 3rd in the Senior team competition, 4th in trio ( Victoria Burdon, Taylor Daniels & Haley Suby) & 6th in duet ( Teagan Darst & Audrey McMahon).

Erika Guilbault & Kaylin Darst earned spots on the 2008 North Zone 13-15 All-Star Team, while Kelsey Moretti & Hannah Sphatt were placed on the Honorary Team. Teagan Darst, Victoria Burdon & Audrey McMahon all earned spots on the 2008 North Zone Senior Honorary All-Star Team.

The teams are now preparing for the Rocky Mtn Association Championships which will be held on April 12th & April 20th.
