FIREHOUSE QUILTS
3RD ANNUAL QUILT SHOW
Cherry Hills Community Church
3900 E. Grace Blvd., Highlands Ranch, CO
July 18 & 19, 2008
Volunteers of Firehouse Quilts are so proud to invite our community to our annual FUND RAISING event!
Be sure to view all the photos >>>>
110 quilts will be displayed in our show by people from all over Colorado and other neighboring states. We have a full
Vendor Hall and we've scheduled a variety of
local musicians to play beautiful, background music (live!) all day/both days for you.
We collected 100 'special' FHQ snuggle quilts to show you in an hourly
Bed Turning event. After the show, these snuggle quilts will be donated to emergency organizations helping children in crisis.
Don't know what a
Bed Turning is?

Our
Dalmatian logo dog (Apple Cider) will be available (live!) both days from 1pm-3pm so you can take your picture with him; as well as two other really cute photo displays offered for fun & for free.
We created the CUTEST
jacket display racks so be sure to locate the quilted jackets display, you'll want to take pictures of that for sure!
Jeananne Wright (303-772-7684) will be doing
quilt appraisals for those of you that schedule in advance. Call her soon!
Two other local quilt clubs will be selling tickets to win their beautiful
raffle quilts.
We'll have 10
'Celebrity Judges', including our own Douglas County Sheriff Dave Weaver, taking part in a fun quilt judging event around noon on Friday, July 18th, just as the show opens.
Our resident
FHQ photographer, Walt Furstenau, will be taking pictures of all the quilts as they are on display, the winners, Celebrity Judges, our vendors & their wares, the Dalmatian, the musicians, the Bed Turning and of course, YOU, our visitors!
Our Dalmatian 'logo dog', Apple Cider, will be available for photos July 18 & 19 from 1pm - 3pm, along with his owners, Gregg & Simone Pearman.
Thanks,
