Kent girls to play for title

The Kent Denver girl's lacrosse team rolled over Mullen May 10 to advance into the semifinals of the state lacrosee championship.

With a final score of 20-3, Kent easily handled their opponent, lead by the strong play of co-captains Molly Parker and Danielle Kachulis two of their leading scorers.

Kent then went on to beat Colorado Academy, who defeated East High School 17-7 in the quarterfinals, on Saturday May 13 at the Stutler Bowl.

With the victory, the Kent girls advance to the state final against Cherry Creek on May 17 at 7 p.m. at the Stutler Bowl at Cherry Creek High School.
