· Ordinance 1735 - recognizing grant funding from Adams County Open Space to the Prairie Gateway Trail loop
· Ordinance 1736 - recognizing grant funding from Adams County Open Space for Leyden Park improvements
· Ordinance 1737 - recognizing $500 grant from the 2008 Take Me Fishing program
Executive session
· Motion to go into executive session for a conference with the city attorney for the purpose of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions regarding election issues
Resolutions
· Resolution 2008-33 - Council position of no support regarding an initiative position
· Resolution 2008-34 - Granting South Adams County Water and Sanitation District (SACWSD) easements to construct and maintain sanitary sewer and storm sewer on city owned property
· Resolution 2008-35 - Granting Open Door Fellowship church easements to construct and maintain sanitary sewer and storm sewer on city owned property
Ordinances on first reading
· Ordinance 1740 - recognizing Great Outdoors Colorado grant of $200,000 for Prairie Gateway Open Space loop grant
Ordinances on second reading
· Ordinance 1726 - prohibiting portable basketball hoops in the public right-of-way (r-o-w)

Executive session
· Motion to go into executive session for the purpose of determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, developing strategy for negotiations, and/or instructing negotiators regarding a baseball stadium
