Eagles continue unbeaten season
Contributed by: Robert Johnson on 9/12/2007

Adams City boys soccer is picking up where they left off last season running their record to 3-0 with and 8-0 shutout of Ranum High School.

The Eagles are led by returning first team all conference seniors Aaron Barraza and Jose Flores-Fonseca, and senior goalie Osvaldo Madrid.

Adams City will be tested this Thursday as they host Mountain Range High School with the varsity kicking off at 5:30. The Eagles are coached by Lucas Eagon, a former college player from the University of Minnesota who has the boys playing the kind of defense that could lead them deep into state competition this year.

Robert Johnson is the assistant principal for activities and athletics at Adams City High School.
