Commerce City Youth Athletics will be conducting a Girls Traveling Softball pre-registration on Feb. 2 at Adams City Middle School from noon to 3 p.m.
This is to determine how many teams we can fill and see if there is enough interest in this program to continue to provide it.
This softball program is in collaboration with the Indian Peaks Girls Softball Association that operates throughout greater Denver metro area.
This program includes competitive girl teams ranging from 18 to 8 years of age. The registration fee will be $60 and is not due at this pre-registration.
CCYA is also looking for enthusiastic adults with a genuine concern for our youth to volunteer their time to the kids of Commerce City and this non profit organization.
Positions include board members, cheerleading director, basketball director and possibly a softball director.
For more information, contact Chuck Ingram at 303-286-7669 or CC_Raider@msn.com or Kathy Eggleston at 303-289-5507 or ccyaraiders@msn.com. You can also go to www.ccyaraiders.org.
