NEIGHBOR SNAPS, YELLS OBSCENITIES
On Nov. 4 at 5:45 p.m. a deputy went to Nova Lane in Pine on a harassment call between neighbors. A couple at the residence said they had issues with their neighbors and had reported these several times to their homeowners association.The woman said at 4 p.m. she saw the neighbor outside working on a fence. After he finished, she went outside to make sure it was on his property not hers. After checking and finding it was not on her property, she walked back to her house and the neighbor yelled an obscenity at her. She went inside and called the police. When asked what she wanted to do, she said she didn't want to pursue charges. The deputy went to the neighbors and they confirmed the incident saying they were tired of the people calling the HOA and the husband snapped.
INTERNET WIRES PULLED OUT IN CONIFER
On Oct. 31 at 6:31 a.m. a deputy was dispatched to the 25700 block of Conifer Road in reference to a mischief call. The woman who called said between 5 p.m. Oct. 30 and 6 a.m. Oct. 31 someone had damaged a plywood barricade at the residence and tampered with internet wires by pulling them out of the building. She said she didn't think the wires were damaged, but said she had problems in the past months with graffiti and other items being damaged.
NO WITNESSES TO CONIFER MYSTERY
On Oct. 31 at 1:18 p.m., a deputy went to the 25700 block of Conifer Road and met with the property manager who has had problems with disturbances at the building. The site is a strip mall with several businesses owned by Emerald Properties. The property manager said she was an employee of the owner and gave the deputy the name of her supervisor. She said between Oct. 30 at 2 p.m. and Oct. 31 at 11 a.m. a fire extinguisher was discharged inside a service hallway. There was powder on the floor and the extinguisher was still attached to the wall. There were no witnesses.
ALARM GOES OFF IN EVERGREEN
On Oct. 31 at 7:44 p.m., a deputy went to the 8800 block of Gray Fox Drive in Evergreen. The homeowner said he had guests staying with him at the residence and they had left at 7:35 p.m. for a neighborhood party. He said he locked the doors to the house, but the alarm had gone off. A check revealed nothing was disturbed or stolen. There was no evidence of forced entry. The man said it must have been a Halloween prank and thanked the deputy for checking.
WINDSHIELD SHATTERED IN PINE
On Nov. 1 at 2:47 p.m., a deputy went to the 4100 block of Tejas Avenue in Pine on a mischief call. He contacted a 20 year-old man who said sometime between 1 and 2 p.m. that day the rear windshield of the vehicle parked in his driveway was shattered. He said he found a lug socket in the back seat. He didn't think the lug socket matched any of the vehicles at the residence and had no information on what might have happened.
PARKED CAR VANDALIZED IN CONIFER
On Nov. 3 at 12:30 p.m. a man told a deputy on Oct. 31 and Nov. 1 he was at a party on Hummingbird Hill Road in Conifer and had parked his car on the road in front of the house at 9 p.m. When he returned to the car at 1 a.m. he discovered his windshield, rear window and driver's door window were all broken and the hood was damaged. There was no suspect information.
SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY ON BLUE CREEK ROAD
On Nov. 5 at 2:34 p.m., a deputy went to the 7300 block of Blue Creek Road in Evergreen in reference to a possible burglary. A woman said suspicious activity had occurred between 9 p.m. on Nov. 4 and 4 a.m. on Nov. 5. She said she had set up a cooler on the north side of the carport and discovered it had been moved several feet away. She said one of the windows of the home was found unlatched. A stack of dog beds that had been piled up on the deck had been tipped over during the same time frame, but the woman had no suspect information. She said she felt "spooked" and wanted the incident reported.
