Insight & InPerson began in 2004 with Joyce Carol Oates; it welcomed more than 800 people to Amy Tan in 2005; Sue Monk Kidd in 2006 and Alexander McCall Smith in 2007. The series is made possible with the help of the Jefferson County Library Foundation and local sponsors.
