Logo chosen for Conifer Community Center
Contributed by: Marilyn Saltzman on 10/5/2008

The votes have been counted, and a logo has been selected for the Conifer Community Center. The winning logo is by graphic artist Jenny Hancey, owner of Hancey Design. A long-time resident of the area, Jenny lives near Shaffer's Crossing with her husband, Scott; her three-year-old son, Alex; and a variety of animals.

Jenny has been in business for 13 years. She works with companies of all types and enjoys creating designs that communicate with style and clarity. Whether developing a custom logo, brochure, Web site or other materials, Jenny takes pride in getting the job done on time and within budget. To view an online portfolio, visit www.hanceydesign.com.

Thanks to all the community members who voted in the contest and to the artists who created designs. The competition was stiff as many excellent designs were submitted. The winning logo will be featured on all Conifer Community Center materials.

Check the Community Center Web site, www.conifercommunitycenter.com, for updates about our activities and plans.
