Worried About Burning Extra Holiday Calories?
Contributed by: Sean Hannon   on 11/19/2007

Thanksgiving kicks off a time of fun, family, and FOOD. If you are worried about gaining a few extra pounds this year, why not burn calories in a fun way BEFORE they have a chance to stick around! Aikido is a Japanese form of exercise combining philosophy and martial arts into a system of exercises that is great for stress relief and burning unwanted calories. We invite you to come try a free class of Aikido.

Wondering what Aikido can do for you? Just take it from one of our students:
Paul from Parker -
"As an older student and one who is of small stature, I was somewhat reluctant to jump right in and actively participate in all the training exercises. With the feedback and encouragement from Jeff and Miho Sensei and fellow students I have developed a greater self awareness and new found energy I didn't know existed."

Another one of our students lost 35 pounds after just 3 months of training. It is truly a fun way to burn those calories. Please come try a free class and see if we can help you get through the holidays.

Castle Rock Aikido is a martial art for adults. We are located just 20 minutes south of Denver metro and 30 minutes north of Colorado Springs. Click here for a COUPON FOR A FREE AIKIDO CLASS.
