For those who love March Madness and for those who don't, and for those who are kind of indifferent, YourHub.com has our own NCAA Tournament Pool on Yahoo! (That exclamation point is actually the end of the company's name; it doesn't mean that I'm excited about the pool. Although I kind of am.)
Let's get down to brass tacks here: You're a party pooper if you don't jump in on this. You don't have to be a basketball fan -- I haven't paid attention since 2002, when I worked in a sports bar. You can fill out your bracket according to whatever thinking you want to employ -- last year, the philosophy "George Mason sounds like a nice name" would have actually paid off.
Me, I'm going with the statistics. I filled out
my entire bracket according to seeds and rankings, i.e., 8 seed beats 9 seed, 1 seed beats 8 seed, and so on. Real men who know things about sports are laughing at me now.
