Rep. Douglas Bruce's car a metaphor for something

I walked by this car in the Capitol parking lot a couple of times last week before I even noticed the license plate. All I'm saying is:

1. It's a Cadillac.

2. The trunk is held shut with packing tape.

3. There's a Ron Paul sticker on it.

4. The license plate says "MRTABOR," so I'm guessing it belongs to photographer-kicking Colorado Rep. Douglas Bruce (R-Colorado Springs), author of Colorado's Taxpayer Bill Of Rights.

Brendan, I do believe you are on to something. That vehicle is a real piece of work. No doubt the person who owns it is, too. Juicy.
