Action International started from the back bedroom of a suburban home in 1993 when Brad Sugars started teaching business owners how to grow their sales and marketing results.

For the first time, these business owners had access to hundreds of powerful, yet relatively simple and affordable sales, marketing and team building strategies that brought about dramatic improvements in their revenues and profits.

For the first four years, the company was based purely around the seminars that Brad Sugars presented; and, with limits on his time and endurance after having to give seminars from Boston to Hong Kong and then Sydney, in the space of a week, Brad and Action made the decision to franchise in 1997.

It has now been proven that the best way to service the needs of clients globally is to have local Coaches spread across the world. As well as being close to their clients, the Coaches are able to better relate to them as fellow local business owners.

Action has been internationally franchising since 1997, and has head offices in Brisbane, Australia; Las Vegas, Nevada in the US and London, England. Our Franchisees and Master Franchisees are located across 19 countries and we are all members of several international franchise and business coaching associations.

Now with many awards and, as many or more for our clients than ourselves, Action stands proud as the industry leader.

Having published more than 15 of Brad Sugars books, 4 of which are international best-sellers on the subjects of business and coaching, having coached more than 10,000 business owners globally, and having the most advanced coaching and business systems of any franchise in this industry, we're well on the way to achieving our Vision of 'World Abundance through Business Re-Education' ...

Our products and services will be of the highest quality, value for money and, whether sourced from within the company or externally, will always add the most value and use the latest and most effective training methodologies available.
