Blog Entry 8 of 29 You call this work?
I'm a community journalist for Denver, South Denver and Glendale here at YourHub.com. I'll write here occasionally about fun stuff I do around the city, life here at YourHub.com world headquarters, my cat and dog, movies, television and the occasional domestic rant. You will most likely find me blogging when I'm on deadline and should probably be doing more urgent things.

Green chile and cave dwellings in Santa Fe
Contributed by: Annie Hundley   on 3/31/2006

My husband and I, along with our Denver-dwelling friends Sara and Erik, went to visit old college friends Nate and Sandy in Santa Fe last weekend. All six of us have been friends since we were freshmen or sophomores in college and we always manage to embarrass ourselves when we're together. This time we were nearly asked to leave a restaurant for laughing so loud.

We spent most of our time seeing how much green chile we could fit into our diet.

On Saturday afternoon we were quasi-active and went to the Bandelier National Monument. Bandelier was home to the Anasazi people, the same group that lived at Mesa Verde. We spend most of our time there crawling into caves and asking Canadians to take our picture.

Here are some photos from the trip.
