Blog Entry 29 of 38 Different Rhymes for Different Times
Pretty much just some street-type rhymin' goin' on here. Some rhymes might have proper grammar, but most of 'em probably won't. Nothin' fancy. Kinda just however I'm feelin' at any given time. Sometimes there'll be an explanation for the rhyme, sometimes there won't be. Not a whole lot of words endin' in the letter "g". Hopefully nobody ever gets offended by anything I write. That is definitely not my intention. Just kinda writin' out my feelings in rhyme, that's all.

I feel you, I sense you, I know that you're there
wandering and wondering, I just don't know where
but when I close my eyes and I open up my mind
I feel the two of us embracing, forever entwined
Swirling like smoke, bodies wrapped around each other
truly knowing what it feels like to never want another
My hands in your hair, and yours on my chest
inhaling one another at each others request
Hand in hand we climb as we rise above the skies
both of us crying at the reflection in our eyes
Tears of joy to enjoy, tears of love, tears of lust
tears from all the years of us searching for trust
Right when everything we've prayed for is at our fingertips
I pull you ever closer and see a quiver in your lips
as your eyelids close and your head gently rocks back
and just before our lips touch.....fade to black
Time and again, it's always the same
the alarm clock sounds as you whisper my name
I wake up sweating, and reaching for your hand
wanting the dream back, wanting to understand
why I always remember to never forget you
and how much I love you, even though I've never met you
I just know I am the one who is destined for you
and right now, somewhere, you're in love with me, too
At the store or maybe at work, the hairs gently rise up on your neck
and you feel as if someone's watching so you slowly turn to check
Nobody's ever there so you just go on about your day
but I'm calling you, I'm pleading "Baby, please don't turn away"
It's no use, whoever you are, for now I'm content in my retreat
but I know in my heart, before I die, someday you and I will meet
Right now I don't even know if you know that I exist
but every morning I remember all the times we've never kissed

Right now, somewhere, someone is thinking of you

right here, right now, all the things lovers go through
