Blotter roundup July 2: Singin' in the aisle
Contributed by: YourHub.com   on 7/2/2008

Blotter item of the week for July 2:

STORE CUSTOMER FINDS SINGING OFFENSIVE An officer was dispatched to King Soopers, 17171 S. Golden Road because they were informed a suspicious man was arguing with a customer at 12:08 p.m. June 13. When the officer arrived he was flagged down by an employee who pointed out the man who was acting strangely. The 20-year-old man said all he was doing was singing a song that contained a mention to marijuana in the lyrics. He said he was singing when another man got angry at him because he thought it was inappropriate for children and accused him of singing too loud. The crooner said he smoked marijuana earlier in the day. The other man said he just wanted the singer to stop singing out loud in front of kids and women. The singer was asked to leave.
