I'm not accusing Josh Blue of theft, per say...

Nobody doesn't like Josh Blue. He's the best export from the Queen City of the Rockies since a quarterback named John or WB hotties Jessica Biel and Keri Russell.

I watched Last Comic Standing religiously because I love standup comedy and don't have cable. While I was extremely disappointed when Chris Porter got the boot, I was with my fellow Denverite all the way.

Things were great post-victory (hell, we even threw him a parade) until I saw a photo promoting his triumphant return to Denver to record a DVD at the Gothic Theatre (which is the best concert venue in the state and I will gladly fistfight anyone who says otherwise).

The photo looked vaguely familiar, so I snapped a shot of it with my cameraphone. It took a while, but it just hit me why I felt like I recognized it. Because it's an exact recreation of my senior photo, which I posted on this very blog in June and several times on my daily Web host posting.

Now I'm not saying that Josh read my blog and grabbed his best suit, ran to Cherry Creek with a photographer and took the photo, I'm just saying that the similarity is too much to ignore.

As restitution for this infringement, I demand nothing less than that Josh himself register with YourHub.com and write a blog about his newfound fame and (I presume) fortune. An autographed photo suitable for hanging at YourHub.com World Headquarters would be nice, too.

I must say, you look much more sophisticated and "uptown" than Josh BLue in your picture... Unfortunately, he will probably make millions in his career... Are you sure they pay you for what you do? Dad

Eric, in that photo you look like someone who just committed a heinous crime, dumped the body in the river and is now running away with a briefcase full of cash. I saw Josh Blue live. He was pretty funny.
