Bad Mom
I call myself Bad Mom because at the time I came up with it, I was learning about the assumptions we put behind our words. I was following the pattern of not believing that my kids are okay, and speaking to them from that basis. I changed that, and it made a big difference. I am from Utah and my people are still living there. My husband was in the Air Force and we rattled around until we saw Colorado, and we stuck.

Okay. I'm listening to XM satellite radio over the internet. Channel 50--The Loft. For aging beauties like me, gaining insight and like that.
John Mellencamp's song "Another Sunny Day" Comes on. He says, "The Planet Is Dying."
Uhm...I don't think so. Let's say we toast the planet. Who dies the worst? That's right--us. We get our way of life ruined, our crops lost, all that. The non-human species and the non-domestic animals will adapt until the dead humans' air is cleared.
I love John Mellencamp, Cougar or not. Speak on, John. Fellow Dutchman. Go for it.
But...if we mess up the planet, we simply have to live in our mess. It's not dying. We're not that potent.
Tha's all I'm sayin'. I love you guys. No, I love you. NO! I LOVE you. You know? Yeah. An' tha's whatits all about.
