The Post-News Colorado Colfax Marathon needs you to perform and inspire our runners during the race on Sunday, May 18, 2008 beginning at... yes, the ungodly hour of 5:30 am. Entertainers will be placed at water stations along the 26.2 mile marathon course, as well as the half-marathon course.

The race start and finish line will be located in Denver's City Park. After the race, runners and their supporters will converge on Marathon Village near the finish line to celebrate with entertainment, refreshments, and awards ceremonies.

  • 5:55 am: Start time for the National Wheelchair Marathon Championships
  • 6:00 am: Start time for the Marathon, Half-Marathon and Relay events
  • 7:00 am - 1:00 pm: Party in Marathon Village as racers cross the finish line.
