Bollywood West -Denver and Boulder's first and largest bollywood dance studio-presents Miraas aerial, a new adventure in dance!
Dance with your feet OFF the ground! Learn the beautiful acrobatic circus arts of aerial silk, lyra (hoop) and static trapeze, just like in Cirque du Soleil. No gymnastic, acrobatic, or dance experience is needed - a curiosity or desire to fly through the air is all you need.
Beat the boring workouts with fun alternative exercise, try something new and exciting, have fun, increase your strength, flexibility, and overall fitness - all at the same time!
