Mile High Amazing Race benefit Leukemia Lymphoma
Contributed by: Leukemia & Lymphoma Society on 3/31/2008

What:
Many of you have seen the "Amazing Race" TV shows and have wondered how you would fare in your own race. Now here is your chance to race in your own adventure!

VOTED WESTWORDS BEST MILE HIGH HUNT 2008. Event

The 2nd Annual Amazing Race goes beyond simply solving the clues; it is also a test of strategy. Successful teams must carefully plot the most efficient route after they gather pertinent information. The first team to cross the finish line doesn't necessarily guarantee a win. Geographical logistics, time constraints, checkpoint challenges, detours and roadblocks are all important factors that are considered in the race to the finish line.
Teams will be challenged to reach from checkpoint to checkpoint and conquer their quests, detours and roadblocks along the way. They may choose to hop on the 16th Street Shuttle to gather the next clue or they may opt for taking the challenge of eating a delicacy from a foreign country. How about kayaking down the Platte River? Mental challenges? Strategic challenges? Who knows! We're not telling, so there's only one way to find out! Great Food, Prizes and so much more!
