Although we try to avoid stressful situations and difficult work environments, we constantly find ourselves in the very situations we've been trying to avoid. Stress sometimes seems like an unavoidable part of daily life. However, it doesn't have to be. If we learn how to train our mind in patience we can keep a peaceful state of mind in the midst of our busy lives. Developing our own inner peace is the only way to find the happiness and contentment we seek.
