Description:
On November 15th, the Lama Ole Nydahl will give a lecture titled, "Buddhism in the Modern World," at the Denver Art Museum, located at 100 W 14 th Avenue Parkway in Denver, in the Lewis I. Sharp Auditorium at 8:00 P.M. The lecture will be introductory in nature, giving anyone interested a wide breadth of how the Buddha's methods are still applicable today.
Lama Ole Nydahl is one of the few westerners fully qualified as a lama in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. According to the wishes of his teacher, H.H. 16 th Karmapa, Rangjung Rigpe Dorje, he has spent more than 30 years bringing the teachings of the Buddha to Western students around the globe.
