Thomas Jefferson High School is proud to announce it's 1 st annual Youth Skills Camp for players 8 to 14 years of age, featuring TJ Coaching Staff and local High School Coaches. Baseball camp will be held at the Spartan Field on the TJ campus located at 3950 S. Holly St., Denver, CO 80237

The morning session will focus on proper throwing mechanics, fielding mechanics, how to improve arm strength, running speed along with infield and outfield skills. This session will also include pitching and catching instruction for position specific players. The afternoon session will emphasize teaching of proper swing mechanics, mental aspects of hitting and count management. Campers will also learn proper bunting mechanics and mental aspects of base running.

Morning Session - Registration begins- 8:00 AM

Defense Session: 8:30 AM- 11:30 AM

Afternoon Session- Registration begins - 12:30 PM

Offense Session: 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM

COST : $55.00 for each session or $100 for BOTH sessions if registered by May 20, 2008.

$ 65.00 for each session or $115.00 for both after May 20.
