(Denver, CO) - Gerald, Lucy, andMinka are all murderers, residents of the Riddle Key Retirement Community inFlorida. That they committed murder is not in question, but as for why....
In thisdark comedy, three very different people have something in common - murder.Gerald marries his girlfriend's mom, Minka is out to avenge wrongdoing and Lucytries to protect her foolish husband from the heat of an old flame. Set in theaptly-named Riddle Key Retirement Community, each perpetrator reveals a tale ofmacabre twists and ironic turns that is surprisingly upbeat - even whimsical.The cast includes Robert Kramer, fresh from his role in 12 Angry Men, asGerald, Mari Geasair returns from Seattle to take the role of Minka and BetsyGrisard rounds out the trio as Lucy.

JeffreyHatcher has become one of the most prolific and frequently produced playwrightsin the U.S. Hatcher grew up in Ohio before attending New York University tostudy acting. After a brief career on stage, he turned his hand to writing. Hismany award-winning original plays have been performed on Broadway,off-Broadway, and regionally across the US and abroad. "Murderers" premieredOctober 6, 2006 at the Philadelphia Theatre Company.
