Klein Buendel, Inc. and the University of Colorado Denver, Medical Campus (UCD) are looking for adolescents between the ages of 12 & 17 with major depressive disorder (MDD) to participate in a 12-week research study to examine the effects of exercise on depression. The official study title is "Depression Outcomes Study of Exercise (DOSE)" or DOSEforTeens. Potential participants must live in the city of Denver and be able to engage in moderate to vigorous intensity exercise. Teens cannot currently be taking any psychotropic drugs (other than ADHD medication) or be participating in psychotherapy. If your teen meets these criteria, he or she
