People who inspired you (and how):
Ronald Reagan,
John F. Kennedy and
Audie Murphy. Both Reagan and Kennedy were men of deep conviction and stuck with basic American principles both before and after being elected which I hope to achieve. Murphy was the most decorated soldier in United States History at a very young age, he reminds me that although I to am young, I can still make a difference.
How you have contributed to the community: Campaigning since January 2008 has allowed time for me to communicate with people throughout the community and find out what is on everyone's mind. Communication is the first step toward solutions!
What are the biggest issues facing your constituency now: Job growth in our community and our state. Better jobs mean stronger families. Providing a more business friendly environment here in Colorado will give families a more competitive job market with higher pay and better benefits for families.
Education is key! We need to help our children to become number one in the nation. Our school system should set the example in our country and if we work together as a community and a state we can ensure that it does!
Colorado families deserve a pay raise, by lowering our tax burden. Trusting Coloradans with their own money will strengthen our economy and actually increase government revenue, as
Rudy Giuliani did in New York, and just as Ronald Reagan and John F. Kennedy did for America.
