GENESIS FITNESS ANNOUNCES NEW FLAGSHIP LOCATION IN LODO
Fitness Company will Celebrate Opening with Health and Wellness Fair and Free Training Sessions
Genesis Fitness, a Denver-based fitness company, today announced it will open its new flagship location on Tuesday, April 1 and will celebrate with the 1st Annual Genesis Fitness Health and Wellness Fair on Saturday, April 5.
Genesis Fitness' new 6,000-square foot facility is located at 2373 15 th St. Unit A in Denver; directly below Vitamin Cottage in Lodo. Similar to the company's other two locations, 1244 E. Colfax Avenue in Capitol Hill and 8000 E. Quincy Ave. Unit 200 in the Denver Tech Center, the new location will offer high intensity indoor-outdoor group fitness programs. Offering innovative boot camp-style training, the programs are four and five week long classes designed to motivate clients so that they achieve significant results. Classes begin at the new facility on Monday, April 7.
"They are very challenging and exhausting workouts," said Garth Heth, owner and CEO of Genesis Fitness. "Our instructors add variety into the classes, such as exercising outside on warm days so not two workouts are the same."
Named "Best Butt-Kicking Workout" in 2007 by Westword, Genesis Fitness will celebrate the grand opening of its new Lodo location with the 1 st Annual Genesis Fitness Health and Wellness Fair on Saturday, April 5. Free "Power" classes will be taught at 8, 9 and 10 am and 2 pm so that visitors can have an intense workout and experience boot camp-style training. Health and fitness professionals will also be on hand to assist visitors with their overall health, weight loss and physical condition goals. Experts attending the fair will include nutritionists, message therapists, chiropractors and representatives from Centennial-based supplement company Axis Labs, Rocky Mountain Sports magazine, Mile High Sports magazine, all-natural and organic Sweet Leaf Tea and Crave Energy Drink.
"We invite everyone to come down and attend our free fitness and wellness fair so we can help jump start their spring workout routines," added Heth. "The weather is turning warmer and this will be a great opportunity for people to start improving their bodies for summer. It will be the most stimulating and beneficial wellness fair in Denver."
Genesis Fitness' four-days-a-week boot camp-style training starts at $160 for a four week class. The five-days-a-week five week long classes are $275. All boot camps at the new Lodo location purchased by Monday, March 31 are 20% off. Classes offered at the Lodo location include "Power," an hour long indoor training session, to "Performance," a 75-minute class combining intense indoor and outdoor exercise.
