The Element Center for Integrative Health, Denver's holistic medical center that provides comprehensive care for patients, today announced the launch of the Element Yoga Center, a unique yoga studio that will focus on smaller, more individualized group classes for those who are beginners, have injuries or who may be intimidated by the advanced flow classes common in Denver.
On the heels of its second anniversary, The Element Center has converted two of its treatment rooms, located at 2839 Wyandot in Denver's Highlands neighborhood, into a unique yoga studio. The new Element Yoga Center has engaged some of Denver's top yoga and pilates instructors that will focus on restorative and rehabilitative poses, great for beginners who want some opening in their body where they may feel "inflexible" or athletes recovering from injuries. In addition, the Center will offer detoxification classes that will provide cleansing and clearing for the body and spirit.
